Welcome to the BVC
This is where you complete the questionnaire in advance of the visits to the BVC at three or four years of age! All children develop differently and we would like you to answer the questions about your child to allow us to adapt the visit to your specific family.
You will find the questionnaire by clicking on “LOG IN” at the top right hand side of the page. Login is done with BankID or a username and password. If you don’t have a BankID, contact the BHV nurse and she will give you a code that you can use instead. If there are two parents, we would like you to complete the questionnaire together. If that isn’t possible, you can each answer your own questionnaire. Contact the BHV nurse in that case.
