Welcome to the NOICH study and registry website. The NOICH study was a prospective, multicentre, randomized controlled trial on intravenous immunoglobulines for prevention of bleedings in the fetus and neonate at risk for alloimmune thrombocytopenia (FNAIT). The study ended in 2008.

The Registry is open for all maternal-fetal medicine specialists caring for pregnant women with allo-antibodies against fetal platelets. Data on these pregnancies and outcomes can be entered retrospectively and prospectively.
