European School of Health Economics

The EUROPEAN SCHOOL OF HEALTH ECONOMICS,  which is part of EHE SAS, is registered as an "organisme de formation" in France.

 

It currently offers one of Europe’s most complete education programs in Health Economics. The 3-week program Health Economics, Technology Assessment and Market Access  is a slightly adapted version of the previous program "Health Economics of pharmaceuticals and other medical interventions" that has been running since 1996. The new program is modular and key sessions run double track for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. 

This annual program lasts three times one week and takes place in spring of each year in Southern France. The next course will take place on February 20-24, March 19-23, April 16-19, 2012.

 

ESHE also offers offers  disease-specific weekend courses in economic evaluation, as well as tailor-made in-house short programs for companies.

  1. Health Economics, Technology Assessment and Market Access (HETAMA 2012)
    Location: Nice (France)
    Dates: February 20-24, March 19-23, April 16-19, 2012
    Deadline for registration: 2012-01-31

    This 3-week program covers the international health care environment, health technology assessment and market access, theory and methods of economic evaluation in health care and modeling techniques for economic evaluation. The program is supported by an international faculty from academia, government institutions and industry.

    The structure is modular (i.e. each week can also be taken alone), and key sessions run double track for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

    The target audience for the course are professionals involved in market access, pricing, regulatory issues, clinical research, project management and health economics/outcomes research.

  2. Health Economics, Technology Assessment and Market Access (HETAMA LATAM 2012)
    Location: Rio de Janeiro (Brazil)
    Dates: Week 1 in August 2012; week 2 in September 2012.
    Deadline for registration: 2012-07-31

    HETAMA LATAM 2012 : This 2-week program covers the health care environment, health technology assessment and market access, theory and methods of economic evaluation in health care and modeling techniques for economic evaluation. The program is supported by a faculty from academia, government institutions and industry, from Latin America, Europe and USA.

    The structure is modular, i.e. each week can also be taken alone, although it is strongly advised to take the two weeks together.

    The target audience for the course are professionals involved in market access, pricing, regulatory issues, clinical research, project management and health economics/outcomes research.
